Privacy policy

We use your approximate IP country to select the storefront catalog and currency. A deliberate country selection is saved in a first-party cookie for up to one year.

We use your email, billing address and order details to identify the purchase, process it with our suppliers and respond to support requests. You do not need to create an account.

To access an order, we use a private code and a protected access cookie, valid for 30 days and limited to that order. We store a hash of the code, not the original. If access is lost, support must verify the purchase before replacing it.

We share the information needed to process the purchase with our order management system and suppliers, including product, country, amount, delivery email and product-specific fields.

Where advertising measurement is permitted, we use Google Ads to measure ad visits and completed purchases. Approximate location is determined using a local IP database; no IP is sent to an external service for this lookup. Google may receive advertising and device identifiers, an order reference, amount and currency. We do not send email, phone or name for customer matching. Advertising measurement is blocked in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada, when location is unknown, and when advertising is declined or Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. The controls below let you change your preference in this browser. We store your choice, date, notice version and a random visitor reference locally. Previous choices are retained after withdrawal. Clearing browser data removes this local history.

We also use local storage and first-party measurement for pages, link and button clicks, storefront country, referral source, checkout steps and payment states. This measurement uses pseudonymous identifiers, does not record form fields or card details, and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. It is separate from Google Ads controls. Card details are encrypted in your browser and sent to the payment service for processing. Bitcardgift does not store full card numbers or CVV codes in its database. Necessary billing details are shared with the payment service. Data is retained as needed to operate the order and meet legal obligations.
